The hotel offered a great combination of peacefulness and comfort. The room was practical and had a lovely view of the Castelo. The hotel's restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere and the bar was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when I had an accident.

We loved the fantastic customer service at this hotel! The check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient, and the staff, including Renata, Thiago, Joanna. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the metro station and close proximity to the Gloria funicular for exploring the old center. The ground-floor facilities were pleasant, and our room had a great view of the city and the Castle.

The facilities provided were also excellent, including a delicious and varied breakfast.
